Open position for real estate consultant
In particular, the real estate consultant will take care of the following activities:
RESPONSIBILITY
- Costumers management with supervision and support from the Living Management
- Management of assigned buyers, identifying customized solutions and following the agency’s guidelines with the support of a Senior agent.
- Strategic planning of daily activities based on customer needs.
- Development of a commercial policy in line with company strategies, with the Management’s support.
- Development of the real estate portfolio according to the defined corporate objectives.
- Achievement of sales objectives set by the Management.
- Participate in training provided by the agency

REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of enrollment in the mandatory course for business agents in mediation.
- Passing the suitability exam for business agents in mediation within 12 months of hiring.
- Passion and interest in developing new skills in the real estate.
- Passion and interest in developing new skills in the real estate.
- Strong sense of initiative, strong commercial spirit and customer orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and predisposition to change.
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English ELIMINARE
- Problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with the main computer software.
- Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks at the same time.
