Open position for Senior Realtor
In particular, the senior realtor will take care of the following activities:
RESPONSIBILITY
- Costumers management and related negotiations
- Management of assigned buyers, identifying customized solutions and following the agency’s guidelines.
- Strategic planning of daily activities based on customer needs.
- Management the negotiation process, assisting buyers in transactions according to company procedures.
- Management of documentation and contracts required in the sales process.
- Development of a commercial policy in line with company strategies.
- Development of the real estate portfolio according to the defined corporate objectives.
- Achievement of sales objectives set by the Management.

- At least 100 requests per year from selected buyers, assigned exclusively to each agent.

REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of the legal requirements to operate as a real estate agent (passing the suitability exam for business agents in mediation) and partita IVA
- Experience of at least 5 years as a real estate agent.
- Passion and interest in developing new skills in the real estate.
- Strong sense of initiative, strong commercial spirit and customer orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and predisposition to change.
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English ELIMINARE
- Problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with the main computer software.
- Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks at the same time.
